According to Columbo, he was shipwrecked by the guardian of the seas himself, Alvanos. It seems the once peaceful divine beast is not the whale he used to be. Columbo said that the siren sisters Celine and Piris may be able to aid you in finding Alvanos. The only problem is, he doesn't know where to find them. Fortunately, he knows someone who does, a former pirate named Chorrie. Travel to Tidepool Cliffs and speak with Chorrie.
