Frey says that now that your new power, "Traits," has been unlocked, you will be able to grow in more varied ways. They advise you to try different activities to train yourself, and tell you that checking the "Maple Guide" will show things worth doing at your current level. They also say upgrading skills will let you use stronger power, and give you Chaos Crystal as a gift.
