It seems someone placed a book they were reading on the wrong shelf. Misplaced Book appears displeased with its new home. Take Misplaced Book from the bookshelf at the library entrance and move it to its original shelf. The original shelf is locked, so you'll need to take the key from White Bishop. Could it be that whoever was reading the book shelved it just anywhere because the proper shelf was locked?

Take Misplaced Book from the bookshelf at the library entrance|Defeat White Bishop and obtain Bookcase Key

Open the locked bookshelf in Besherel Magic Library
