Slacky is part of the Snowfolk, and is the younger brother of Surmony, the weapon seller in Perion. To meet his brother, he decided to leave his hometown and venture into Perion. On his way to Perion, Slacky heard about Red Rock Fragment, a highly valuable and expensive material for a weapon. It can be found in Lava Crest, but Snowfolk like Slacky won't be able to endure the hot temperature. I'll have to acquire Red Rock Fragment for Slacky.
