It is said that Biset, the last Dragon Master, died protecting four children. It is said that one of these children has the Lumenstone, an artifact of light, and that the mysterious dragon-man is looking for it. Two of the children are in Blackstar's clutches. Since you've been so nice to Wei Hong, he will let you see one of them. Go to Motors Lounge in the Tuning Motors Showroom and meet her.
