Merjafar told you the legend about Orreos that they once heard from Namid. First, you should obtain Ceremonial Bull Mask, which can very rarely be obtained by hunting Ponglet, and check whether the legend is true. Go to Prism Falls and look for Ponglet, which often appears nearby.
